Passion and real life drives RACE4MS.
Jasper Blake has raced and competed in Ironman competitions around the world for the past 8 years. His career high was winning Ironman Canada in 2006. He trains in Victoria BC where he lives with his wife Judith and his new son Finn.
Pippa Blake is one of the inspirations behind this initiative. She has been living with MS for over 15 years but her enthusiasm for life is so contagious and inspiring that it’s easy to forget she has MS. She currently lives in Victoria BC or ‘wheelchair heaven’ with her partner Penny and their dog D’arcy.
Oliver Blake is currently pursuing graduate studies at Simon Fraser University in Human Biomechanics where he lives with his partner Kristina. He is a passionate athlete with an incredibly strong will.
Kristina Rody was the Director and Team Coordinator for Rise Above Barriers’ Expedition to Everest Base Camp in 2007. Kristina brings incredible work ethic and planning skills to the team and will be an essential part of the success of the Race4MS Program.
